Vick might be best served running the ball

On August 13 Michael Vick signed a deal to play for the Philadelphia Eagles. It's an interesting move that at first glance makes sense for both parties. For Michael Vick he gets another chance in the NFL and is going to be on a team with a legitimate Super Bowl shot. For the Eagles, they signed him to a one year deal with an option for a second season and he adds a new element to that offense. It will be interesting to see whether the move works out. At least he won't play quarterback for the Eagles, since he wasn't a very good one for the Falcons. He will probably play that position when the team is running Wildcat formations, but he shouldn't be the primary backup to Donovan McNabb.
